  • Unlimited communication with your designated wedding planner (Emma or Meg).

  • Preparation of a budget estimate, with full management throughout the planning process.

  • Sourcing vendors; obtaining quotes, negotiating packages and managing all communication.

  • Booking of all viewings and tastings

  • Site visits to your venue/s to map out your day and discuss plans, logistics and styling.

  • Styling concept, design and moodboard creation.

  • Sourcing of all styling items

  • On the day management of all vendors

  • Customised runsheet and assistance with seating chart

  • Up to10 hours On the day coordination

  • Unlimited communication with your designated wedding planner (Emma or Meg).

  • Detailed planning meeting to discuss your plans so far, non-negiotables and your vision.

  • Obtaining quotes for up to 3 vendors of your choice.

  • Site visits to your venue/s to map out logistics and creation of customised runsheet

  • Full vendor management of all vendors (From 12 weeks out)

  • Up to 10 hour On the Day Coordination, until your formalities conclude

Add-on Full Styling, which includes:

  • Styling concept, design and moodboard creation

  • Detailed styling meeting at your venue/s to discuss style and budget

  • Sourcing of all styling pieces ( furniture, florals, stationary, candles, draping)
